Kristel Poole is the General Manager of Graffiato Richmond. She earned her degree at the University of Virginia (BA, 2005) and her Introductory level sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers (2016). Kristel is a experienced event director and former bar manager who has worked with award-winning restaurants for over a decade. Previously, she was the Assistant General Manager & Events Director at Shagbark and Restaurant Manager at Antler & Fin. Kristel is a founder of the Richmond-based Chefs in Shape program, which encourages industry members to focus on health and wellness. She is currently managing the wine program in Richmond and is happy to assist you with private events and large party dining.
